    Hey,

Me and my friend joined mapleroyals after long time we didn't play maplestory, we are new to the server but not to the game.

My friend did not know about AP builds and just followed the 'normal' way of putting ap, as a biship, he had his LUK as his level+3.
He recently found out that the build he is using is not viable and LUKless build is much much more effecient.
Problem is, he already got to level 60 and cannot afford that many AP Resets (New players),
Is there any chance that there is a way to get all his LUK? He also willing to pay real money.
Right now he does not want to play any longer since he invested quite some time on leveling this char and not willing to reroll a new one.

(as for me, i did go LUKless though i didn't know there was that much of a difference)

The only way you can fix that would be to buy a bunch of ap resets and undo it (that will cost a decent amount of mesos), or restarting your character which depending on your level is probably the way to go. Im pretty sure you can't spend real money to fix that either.

Real money will only get him fantastic royal points cosmetics fashion extravaganza.
He could either stop playing to save up A LOT of NX to gach for a chance to get cs/ws to make money to buy ap reset, and by the time you finished reading my first sentence he would already be lvl 60 again, had he restarted the character.

Nope, only way is to buy AP resets via NX or meso. Imo, he should just stop adding in LUK from now on and put everything he will be getting in INT.

If he really wants to go LUKless, he can slowly buy AP resets over time and reset his LUK. If he doesn't want to, having a bit of base LUK isn't that much of a big deal; having more LUK than the average mage means that you can wear higher level mage gear and they usually have a good amount of INT clean, which is pretty useful for a unfunded mage. Of course, you'd have to self scroll your gear since the market for those equips is very small.

Even with maxed out gear (Not including Chaos Scrolls), I heard that LUKless mages would only have a few magic above a LUK mage. So if your goal is to simply 1 hit the good training spots (Like most mage players out there f3), don't worry about it too much.

    Thank you, that helped.
Btw, would it help to bother a GM on that matter?

I think technically you can buy regular nx item with RP. So ap reset wl cost 3100 to each. That will be a hell of donation to get 59 ap resets.

Tbh, if you really get into the game, you'll need a hs mule sooner or later. What I'd do if I were him will be get it to lv 81, and make another character. With HS mule, making another character will make the grinding easier and faster.

GM will not fix a player's mistake. Just treat it as a learning experience. I know a lot of people didn't wash their character, reach very high lv (170+), and having to remake because of their mistakes, or lack of earlier planning.
