who buy first who get the cape, and then she put the +6int cape on shop
to cheat buyer's meso 。
plz GM help this illegal trade。

Although disruptive, it's partly the buyer fault for not checking before buying. And since ancient time, the concept of "who buy first gets the cape" turns out to be 99% of the time, a scam.

I feel like even though what this person is doing is probably "Legal" in a terms/conditions stand point, the GM's should be able to make a case for a ban because of this person just being deliberately shitty and malicious toward other players. Not really sure why someone like that doesn't receive a temp ban for whatever it is they're doing.

Then a buyer name ''Fruitstyle'' want to buy all but we say u booked from her first . She used somethim g bad word like shxt fxck to curse us . And CuteLOLLY said she will put them in the store . Buy them first is the winner . And puted the trash staste STR+8 1 atck pinkgala and 0attck pnikgala on the store . after we bought they all offline and disappear .

i've seen SO many smegas in the last week about these people, not just from the two who have been scammed in this thread, counless others have been scammed out of hard earned mesos, no temp ban, perm please.

I've seen cases where scammers do get banned for scamming, especially when the person scams multiple people on a regular basis. It can be seen as harassment. Alas, the GM(s) that prevented this kind of behavior have all resigned.

 

yea, Agree @stunk . I really losing trust on the GM. Saw alots smegas about this person and i really dont know why the GM didn't do anything?

Guys, this person is the same person as Eddasaurus, the other PGC scammer. Just watch what you're buying and stop getting caught with the same crap. Staff, why do you just allow this to continue though? This is ridiculous. Predatory scamming at its finest.

why is scamming not Illegal? its malicious act that ruins player experience and make ppl want to quit if u not ban scammer?

please reconsider hire more GM intern if you are that lacking on staff u cannot ban for simple malicious player

 

Saw multiply of scamming warning about this catfish.
Isn't scamming a ban-able offensive btw?

 

Why it might not be bannable:

Staff protects you from people who abuse the SYSTEM, e.g. people who hack the system, game the system by vote-abusing.
They don't protect you from YOURSELF, e.g. you falling prey to a scam, you lending items to someone, you selling stuff to npc.

The line drawn between bannable and non-bannable acts is quite clear right now, so I doubt anyone is interested in redrawing it (SLIPPERY SLOPE).
With that being said, maybe admins are able to do something about especially heinous acts at their own discretion, because they own this server and and can do what they see fit, especially if there is a community mandate behind them. With THAT being said, once an exception made, people will never stop bothering them with future cases.

With all that being said, my sincere opinion is nothing will be done and we will all soon forget about this.

Trust me I want to ban this person but people love to nitpick the T&S & there is nothing in there about scamming so if he were to get banned, someone would make a post about "GM Consistency". I believe he is 100% scamming & with the volume of reports that we have received, it's pretty damn evident that this person literally does only this to make their mesos on the game which is pathetic.
