Hey everyone, I'll be quick - I want to devote myself to a character on this server. The trouble is the following - I'm scared of HP washing and at the same time BM and NL are the types or characters I'd like to play. I have a 82 lvl HS mule and a 57 lvl Fighter which has a zhelm and some nice equips (it was supposed to be my main). While I'm semi funded and I have a few billions + lots of scrolls and around 200 gacha tickets, I don't feel like leeching a character to level 135+ and not doing anything on it. The problem with the soon-to-be Hero is that spamming Slash Blast turned out to be extremely boring. Knowing that I'll do the same at 120 with brandish actually demotivates me even more. Buccs and Corsairs both seem fun and I haven't played them. Any opinion on them? Looking for any recommendations on course of actions, how to advance and even if HP washing is required, I'd really appreciate to have someone guide me through the process. Thank you in advance!
Corsair vs hero (because hero sounds boring to you), all ranged DPS is... "boring", NL spam TT, BM spam hurricane, etc. Corsairs have some boat mechanics that keep it active but you're still sitting there shooting at a boss. I recently started a bucc, and I had one on GMS, they're very combo-y. You don't just spam one skill, and they need minimal washing, but beyond that I'm a nüb. At the end of the day though, to boss at "regular" levels, you won't need to wash, you might just need HB.
I was afraid of HP washing, too. I don't care for math in my electronic games. But you get used to it quickly.
Hey so I have a 128 bucc, and honest advice: Buccs are super fun and actively use 7+ (?) skills. As mentioned above, they are very "combo-y" and have multiple eye frames (moments where you are immune to damage). If you don't want to hold down one button forever and actively utilize/combo many attacking skills, bucc is the right class for you. Now the downside: they aren't good at anything, straight up. Damage-wise, training, bossing, making money, you name it, and they are overshadowed by other jobs. Not really having anything that they specialize in kinda sucks tbh, but the one upside is that hp washing is not a requirement for us Anyways good luck and hope you find the right class to main!
