    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Character Name: Vaper
    Additional Information: Can't log into any of my characters. Once I log in, I see my character for a split second before the client closes.

    Make a ban appeal if you believe there is a MAC ban on your account so that an admin can assist you.
