Closed Voted for NX, but didn't recieve reward

    Problem: Voted but didn't get NX
    Details: I voted ~10h ago. Normally I get the reward within 2min, now 10h later still nothing

    Make sure that you are completing the whole voting process by solving the captcha & using your LOG IN ID not your Character IGN

    Try using a different internet browser; if you are using firefox try using google chrome & vise versa.

    If you are using any adblock programs, specifically AdBlockPro or uBlock try disabling those before voting.

    Try resetting your router if you are from SG/MY, I have heard that there are complications with having dynamic IPs & you could share it with someone who votes on GTop100 not necessarily just MapleRoyals.

    Use your computer to vote as people sometimes run into complications with their phones as they sometimes also use a dynamic IP if you aren't connected to your home internet WiFi.

    Let me know if any of this works for you. Typically changing browsers is what fixes it for most people.
