I recently started playing Royals and was enjoying my first character, a cleric. Once the cleric reached lvl 34 I wanted to make a couple other types of characters, and to transfer items to them so that my cleric wouldn't have to waste his whole inventory holding onto pirate gear, warrior gear, etc. I deposited items into storage so that i could transfer them between characters in my account, then logged into my warrior/ pirate accounts to take the items out from storage that had been put there by my cleric. I logged in and out between my cleric character and my warrior/pirate characters transferring items until I got a message saying my account was already logged in. I thought this was my fault for rapidly logging in and out so quickly between characters, and maybe that the game thought I was still logged in on one of them, so i fully closed Royals and waited for about 10 minutes, before trying to get on again. I was able to get on again, but now (ever since trying to swap items between characters via the storage keeper) none of my characters, cleric, warrior, or pirate, can talk to any NPC or trade any player. They are all able to login to the game and to kill monsters, but I can't access any shop, start any quest, do any party quests, or pretty much do anything besides attack and use portals to move between maps. Can my account be fixed? I had managed to gain some key items I wanted to use on my other characters, but now, since I tried to switch my items between them, that whole account may need to be deleted and forsaken unless this issue can be addressed. I honestly might quit the game if I am not able to recover any of the mesos or items that were on my cleric. Making another cleric on a new account would be annoying, but doable, however starting completely over from scratch with no items or mesos is too much for me. Weird, is this only an issue after you attempt to click the storage? Or does this happen when you log in & do nothing other than kill a few mobs? I had an issue with not being able to do anything after trying to use my storage a few days ago but that was due to lag & after my poor WiFi connection picked up & stopped being dumb, it resolved itself.
This happens every time i log onto any of my characters. That whole account is unable to enter shops, talk to NPC's, trade, and who knows what else. Basically, my account is ruined because I just wanted to transfer some items. I really hope there is a fix to this, i don't want to quit playing another game that I love.
