Closed Air Strike Skill quest not responding

    Problem: Trying to get Air Strike but the quest wouldn't go through....
    Detail: I talked to Bart first at Natilus, which got me my quest started. He told me to go to Lord Jonathan and I did. Afterward, I clicked the quest corresponding to Air Strike but he just replied with "Ehem~ what is it?" repeatedly. I already re-did my client and tried to forfeited/redo the quest but to no prevail. If there is something wrong with what I am doing, please tell me a solution so I can amend it. Thanks!

    This quest isn't working as intended atm, so you will need to wait for it to be fixed.
