Closed my account does not want to enter

    problem: My account is frozen
    No one of my account seems to be able to enter the game, at the moment of giving the LOGIN button it only remains there, so 10 or 15 minutes go by and it does not do anything else ... I think my computer can not be since the last time it enters It was last night and I had no problem doing it
