IGN: artRAVER Problem: Gatchapon glitched on me Details: I was not able to get any screen shots because at first it was a glitch/bug that happened to me before, where I would click on a gatchapon while someone else was using and almost every other time I would get an error from gatchapon saying "Unknown Error......" I don't remember the entire message but because I get that I tend to go in channels that have no one in them. But while I was doing my 35 ticket run tonight in Kerning City, I was dropping things I didn't need (as I usually do), and someone came by at random and started looting things. I assumed he was there for gatchapon because shortly after I got that error message. So when I got that error message I just went to the next channel. After using 1 ticket it worked. I used a 2nd and it came up with the error message again so I changed channels yet again for it to KEEP doing that to me, but it was taking my tickets as normal for the ones that worked. But as I go to do the last channel I was in, It stopped glitching and after about a ticket or 2 I dced. At that point I had about 7 tickets left. When I went to log back on, it was super laggy and I went to go use another ticket and it said I didn't have any. So I look to see if I had GOTTEN 7 items due to lag or something and I didn't recieve anything other than the 20 melting cheese I got from before the dc. This has never happened to me and as I mentioned it in guild chat people said other things were being slow, glictchy, and some people said ch1 dced.
I have another case or two that had this issue & are trying to actively replicate it, if you can help with that process & get evidence of this actually happening, a fix to this would definitely need to happen & a refund.
As I stated above, Iwas completely unable to get an SS, I had just searched through about 60-70 SS's I have and I do not have anything, but I do know that this glitch happens to me alot. Not my tickets disappearing but this "unknown error" has occurred numerous occasions. If I am able to get the said unknown error again I can SS that and show you, but other than that all I have is my word and my story above explaining what had happened that day. If you need any additional information I can do my best to provide you with said information.
I just tried doing Gatchapon in Kerning City and got prompted with the error message. If it helps, I was using I believe my 7th ticket, and I was in channel 2 the entire time. I have 2 images, the first being the error message, the second being the gatch run as a whole with a time stamp.
I had this a shit ton of times also. Get a error, lose a ticket. Usually happens when you gach tofast.
omg... i didnt know i lose tickets because of this error... i just spammed it until it went away. gg i did this on two 500 ticket runs rip
Tickets don't disappear. It was only that 1 time that it happened to me and I dc'd, logged back on to having 0 tickets left in my inventory. If you count the times I got items in the SS, it = 11. I had boughten 11 tickets.
They did on me. Started a 35 tickets run and ended up with 31 lines of gained items. Lost 4 tickets on that sole run. Tryed a couple more times with 11 tickets to see if they kept disapearing and they did if i spammed to fast (click gach, y, enter, repeat)
I have been following, and doing some testing as well, wasn't able to get a screen shot this time, but everytime I get that error while Gaching, it consumes 1 ticket. From my testing, if you gach slowly is usually doesn't give the error. Spamming seems to make it glich out i think....
Yes I believe so, I put my NPC Chat button on Y on my keyboard and just spam Y. I get tons of that unknown error message but just brushed it off and continued spamming till it went away. No idea it consumed 1 ticket everytime... RIP both my '500' ticket runs...
we cant verify how many tickets you may have skipped by spamming this npc so we wont do any compromises, I would suggest just taking it easy on the ol' machines
