    Nothing points towards you not having received the Crystal Ilbi's.
    The chat says you received them, the most recent backup I looked at shows you only having 5 Crystal Ilbis, but 1 more set of Ilbi's, which also matches your screenshot.

    then they are stealing 1 set of cilbi oh for not appearing to me if I know I was 6 I should have 7 and I'm not mitigating oh only that I missed one after his server check and I did not notice

    I did not mean that maybe you could with the server check caused loss of that object cilbi because I recited that I had 10 sets which I sold 4 and I left with 6 and that already has time that I have the only thing new was that I missed one more
