Closed Can't login into account

IGN: Lahuzeeha & Lahu (two accounts)
Problem: Been told that it might be a mac ban?

I've tried logging into one account, and it disconnects me after I key in my password.
I get logged out after selecting my character for another account.

Appreciate assistance on this. Thanks!

I don't see any bans on either of your accounts.
Are you able to try from a different computer/network and see if you can login?

 

I've downloaded the client again, and still doesn't work. Only computer accessible to me.
