Okay, so i got this problem and i tried doing Matt`s help didnt work i tried too many and it didnt work if you know how to fix this trash please let me know (my computer is windows 10 64win)
Right click on the icon in the desktop -> Propertiest -> Compatibility then : Tick Reduced color mode, Run in 340 x 480 screen resolution, Disable fullscreen optimizations, Run this program as an administrator ! * I don't know it works for you or not but at least it works for me * Sorry about my bad english
When you can run it the screen will be bad.. so keep doing this Alt + Enter 1 time for full screen mode 2 times for windows mode
