Closed Cash shop item disappear

Problem: Nx item disappear
Details: I put NX item "Aloha flower accessory" into the cash shop storage, to give it to my mule, but when i log in again it disappeared, gone. What do i do now?

 

No rush, just an update, still not in my inventory, still gone.

 

As of today, the item appeared in my cash shop inventory, where it did not exist prior.
