To be fair, back in the day, MDT and all the lower Ludi maps were where everyone went to grind. That was the end game that I remember, before 4th job was released. And even after, grim watches with a priest or MDT with a party of 3 and a priest, dual ghosts, and vikings. When I think of nostalgia, lower Ludi is the place. Grab your 2x nex card and go grind with your friends for hours f3. I remember how excited we all were to get Ludi. Everyone was fighting over FoG, forest of golem maps before Ludi was released. So the fact that MDT drops tops was actually a good thing back in the day as that was one of the main grind maps.
