I'm having trouble downloading the Maple Client. I recenly downloaded a new anti virus program and it keeps saying Mapleroyals.exe is a malacious files. Tired it on Internet Explorer and Smartscreen filter said the same thing. Any help on downloading the client without my anti virus software deleting the file?

Delete your anti-virus. It's useless and not necessary to protect your computer. I'm not trying to troll you or anything, I'm being completely serious. Once you've done this, you'll have a lot less problems with private server gaming and life in general. Virus scans only help detect viruses that have already infected you, so what's the point of having it if they don't PREVENT viruses? If you're going to get a virus in your computer in this day and age, you're doing it yourself without knowing and an anti-virus won't prevent stupidity, it only detects.

An antivirus program or a good malware scanner will at least detect and get rid of viruses and trojans, which is a whole lot better than leaving them on your comp to cause (further) damage. If your AV or malware scanner can't clean your comp, they can tell you what they've found so you can search for something that will deal with that particular virus.
