Whenever I try to launch the mac client it opens, goes to fullscreen with an only black screen then shortly after crashes to the desktop. My mac version is 10.9.1 please help!
Did you just unarchive the ZIP file you downloaded from the site and then launch it? Or did you do anything else like perhaps with Wineskin?
The part about going to fullscreen confuses me. Is it correct to assume that you are new and you neither have any character nor were you able to ever launch MR on your mac? If so, right click the client and click open. If nothing happens and the icon just bounces, wait around 10 seconds and open it via double clicking it. Should work afterwards. This usually happens to applications which were either not certified through Apple (App Store), are unknown to them or are disabled as they think it would be dangerous (even though it's not in most cases). Since the fullscreen part bothers me, delete the client and unarchive it again as it seems like you have did change some settings in Wineskin. Then apply the method I described before without doing something with wineskin. Just unarchive, right click the client and click open. If that doesn't work I'm afraid I can't help you.
I extracted it again and it's no longer on fullscreen but the problem still occurs and the icon doesn't bounce either, so basically I can't even get to the Nexon logo screen. Also after extracting the game again I have not touched wineskin.
Ehm i am playing on Mac os X v. 10.9.4 and i have no problem. When i start Royals it goes black but then starts have you put an exception in your anti-virus? i turned mine off cause i don't need it. Are you using the latest update and maybe try and reinstall it?
Ok I'm going to update my laptop soon and after all of the updates are done I'll tell you if there is any difference.
