    2 ways I know:
    Ludibrium Maze PQ ( Rolly NPC at top of the clocktower in town or whatever it is. )
    Free Market ( Market Price: 7M to 8M if I'm not wrong. )

    I haven't got any Black Sacks from Gacha, but I got quite a few Brand New Mob Galore bags which summon tons of mini bosses which are very fun to use. :p I usually open em at Maya's House whenever I feel like it!
