    Hi,

    I'm a returning player after 1.5 years of hiatus from Royals. Unfortunately, I cannot login to my account (I know the username) and I was wondering if there is any way of recovering the lost account. I can provide specific details of the lost account and/or character if that is helpful. Any assistance with this matter will be greatly appreciated.
