I donated literally over six weeks ago, and @Matt still hasn't refunded my missing RP. I've made the necessary forum posts, I've sent the necessary e-mails, and despite having seen @Matt online on the forums several times over the past 6weeks, I've yet to get so much as a response from the guy. I've wanted to donate more, but, frankly, I'm not sure if my account is bugged or what the deal is.

Frankly, it's my understanding that "donations" are not, in fact, donations - they are purchases. MapleRoyals is an LLC after all. That said, I made a purchase and in the >45 days that I've been waiting, I've yet to receive my product; somehow, though, forcing a refund through paypal is an autoban? Literally, I've memed about it, but what kind of service is this? It's my understanding that @Matt is the only one who is allowed to touch that side of the business, so really, @Matt, this is 100% your issue. If you're too lazy or uninterested to take care of your business then you need to delegate that aspect of it over to someone.

I apologize if I seem unreasonably upset over $6 USD, but its the principle of making a purchase, not being given the product, and being met with a fucking bullshit stonewall.

 

Hey man I know it sucks to hear but yes you got lost in his to do list. I've had multiple issues with donating and RP refunds but I eventually got them. Good points though and it's fair to be upset.

 

45 days is not getting lost in a to-do list. It's a complete disregard for the list unless Matt cares to tell me otherwise.

forcing a refund through paypal as far as i know make them "marked" and prevent them from use paypal for future transitions (until refund revoke or paid)
which is why they ban people who refund.

you right to refund since you got no RP in return for the $$$..
kinda weird tho, i got my RP in less then 2 sec.. (as if it was automated).

As someone who has donated more than enough and tooo uncomfortable to privately add up the amount, this is wrong. Out of all my donations I’ve always gotten them right away but I’ve seen the other threads in the donations section and majority of them are just people waiting and John tagging Matt. So it isn’t just you but 45 days is absurd and alarming to not even get a message back. I hope you either get your RP or money back man. If this thread wont help idk what will.

More importantly than this man’s hard earned money, is the last choice in the poll.

I had that issue before the new source (when its wasn't like that when you can stay online and donate\vote) and its took if i remember clearly 2 months + to get the rp from matt.

Guess 15 minutes Royals time = 45 days +.

Now it makes sense how a 5 minutes SC turns into a 2 hours one.

 

tbh it took just under 1 month to get my RP, but after 2 weeks, i bumped my thread once a week until eventually it got given to me. And sometimes i would complain in shoutbox when another GM was online lol sucks you have gotten no resolution mate

Thing is, technically you're donating to get RP and not purchasing RP, making it not a business but more like a charity or something along those lines. Unless someone can show me otherwise, everywhere I see its written "donate to receive RP" and not "purchase/buy RP".

I'd still side with you on this case, but I'm just saying with the way stuff is worded, getting RP is like a almost 100% bonus that you get from donating instead of being a purchase.

 

I sent mail in june, still waiting
