Closed My HSmule account seems Permbanned

Last thing you did: Dont remember was Inactive a while
Why do you think you got banned?: i have no idea
Ban message when attempting to log in: You may not access your account because your account is permanently banned.
What GM banned you (optional):


I honestly have no Idea why my Hsmule account should be Permbanned.
Everything this char has ever done was HSing in Oblivion for my I/L.
If i remember correctly i startet a second cleric to stay 81 but quittet him around 4x.
Some Information on this case would be nice. Thx for you Time.

 

have you updated your files recently?

 

I should have like 1-2 weeks ago. If you wish ill reinstall from new to go sure.


Edit: I Deinstalled Mapleroyals and Installed it with newest Download from Page I'll PM you an link to proof.
