IGN: Baiker , Iickme Problem: Hacked account. Details: I haven't played on these two characters nor spent NX in a while but noticed a change in my NX when voting. I login and find both characters in an empty FM room with all mesos gone (around 2b) along with a couple items. I also lost a lot of my NX going from 220k-ish to 18k. I read about account info leaking at other private servers and I don't remember which ones but I've played a couple other servers. I think the last time the characters were normal was around mid to late October. Is it possible to do a rollback?
I like royals but i don't get why this takes so long. i've seen people who've gotten hacked get their account rolled back in days...
If your account was hacked due to your poor account security they don't give out refunds. (Aka using the same login details on a different private server) The people who got rollbacked wereld hacked duebto a flaw in royals security.
