It looks like the MapleRoyals client has been quarantined by your antivirus (the icon for the file isn't there in your first screenshot). I suggest you disable your firewall/antivirus, uninstall the game and then download the setup and install again. After that add MapleRoyals to the exceptions list of your antivirus program. Let me know if this works!
