IGN: Kaiyin Job: 133 Bishop Been playing for a little over 7 months now So i logged on at 2nd December at approximitly Servertime 07:05 when i realised that my character was naked. initially i thought it was a bug when sometimes your character appears naked in the loading screen. So when i logged on, there was a whole load of expensive items and scrolls that was lost. And i believe i got hacked. Also my key bindings we reset back to default (When one just creates a character) Itemslost: TMA 179 ele wand 5 21 INT bathrobe (M) TMA 27 Maple shield A whole bunch of dark scrolls Approximitly 100mil Fuzzy cat chair (And a bunch of other chairs that are tradeble) 17 str 1 dex blue neos top that i scrolled I cannot remember when i last logged on but i can definitely remember that i was spamming gene at ulu 1 and heading to town and selling drops. Furthermore, i did not remember trading with anyone else in the past 2 days, i was just minding my own business either spamming gene at skeles or ulu 1. Plus, i did not remember logging off when i was in the fm, and when i logged back on on 2nd December at Servertime 07:05 i was in one of the fm rooms (Perion themed as i did not remember which room was wandering around) I need to know what can(not) be done about this. If anymore info is required to track the hacker i would be more than willing to do so, and if i will be able to get my items, scrolls and mesos back. Extra info: My storage has no mesos but is filled with power elixiers (LMPQ) Never gave my account details to anyone else Thank you for the time you took to read my thread
I can see an unknown computer having logged into your account, however the person in question definitely appears to have known your password, which means I am not able to offer you any refund for what has happened.
