Ign: Xionyus Problem: 11 Chaos scrolls and 3 White scrolls disappeared from inventory upon relogging after server crash Details: After re-logging after the crash today, I noticed that all CS/WS (11/3) on my character was gone. These scrolls were ALL purchased over time (as you could hopefully double check in your logs) and simply stored in storage, not gached. Here are, to the best of my abilities, relevant events leading up to the server crash. At 8:04pm EST (1:04 AM), I recieved the attached forum message from @NineGod to purchase his pgc that I bid on here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/s-12-15-atk-pgc.110008/#post-611274 . I contacted him immediately (within a minute) after the message in game on his account Kimm to meet in ch 17 FM. At this point, I withdrew 11 cs and 5 ws from my storage (last two slots) into my inventory to purchase the cape, but decided due to the unstable rates of Chaos Scrolls right now as of the latest update, I would rather pay 4b in pure mesos (as @NineGod stated to be his maximum in his thread) and 2 ws. This was done by transfering money from my other character on the same account as Xionyus, and 4.12b (included tax) was spent purchasing 100m Elixirs from @NineGod's store in Ch 17 Fm 7. I then traded him 2 ws for the 12 att pgc (which I still have equiped and am wearing). After this trade, the left over 11 cs and 3ws remained in my inventory. It is at this point where I returned to browsing the FM; I had the intention of putting 1 cs and 1 ws in my shop (Ch1 FM3) but upon reflection, I believe that due to my store being full, I decided to finish browsing the FM before rearranging my shop and putting them up. In this case, the 11 CS and 3 remaining WS were all in my inventory when server crashed. Once the servers came back online, I found myself in either fm 20 or 21, as it had the El Nath theme and I jumped down to set up my shop in FM3. After receiving my items and setting my shop, I saw that there were 2 empty spots in my inventory between my scrolls and my summoning bags (despite my inventory always being item sorted). This was when I realized that both my cs and ws stacks were gone, not rolled back to storage and not in frederick. The other character on the same account (from which I transfered the mesos for the cape) was also checked. Additionally, I whispered @NineGod upon this discovery to see if the 2 ws I traded over to him were there and yes, he still has them. I wouldn't want to waste admin time with this issue if it was only 1 or 2 scrolls but this is 7b worth of cs/ws that mysteriously disappeared and while that may not be a lot to others, it is a substantial amount to me. Please don't hesitate to ask me for more information, I'll try my best to provide an accurate and detailed response.
You say you were in FM20/21 when you got back online after the crash, but do you remember where you were when the server crashed? Or did you reappear in the same map you d/c'd from?
Yes, actually more and more is coming back to me now, I purchased a 110 att Dragon Faltizan shortly before the server crash in one of the el nath maps as well. I finished scanning the entire FM and was in the middle of puting that exact item into my store in FM3 when the server crashed (I was in my shop and had entered the price of the Faltizan but it would not register, and then server went down). I believe this is why I also thought I put up a cs/ws in my shop as those two were going to be my next items to go in.
To add to that, the Faltizan in question is no longer in my inventory upon relogging (I believe due to the rollback).

I heard that they’ll review from the old issues first, so i think u’ll have to wait for quite a long time.

I have noticed and greatly appreciate all the work that you're putting into resolving forum problems in a timely manner; it is just a bit disheartening that there have been no update to the status of this thread.
We didn't miss your post. Like what the above poster wrote, we have older issues to look into. So for now, be patient.
