We asked him to leave since we found Manon first, he did not leave-- therefore we left and found new Manon. He continued to whisper us and told us to not report him, we didn't. But I guess he reported us. Ban message when attempting to log in: "Trouble logging into the game. Try logging in through maplestory.nexon.net" or "This is an ID that has been blocked or deleted" or "You may not access this account because your IP is banned" If the ign of the person who stole the map is needed, let me know. Feel free to make a report against him if you wish. But based on what he reported, you and your friend were guilty of KSing. So you'll remain banned for 3 days, or until you can provide compelling evidence to show that he was the one at fault instead before the 3 days is up.

Inside, we buffed before hitting Manon and then Warship came inside. Before we hit, we asked him to cc because we were already in the channel, and instead he hit the Manon first so he can claim mapowner while we buffed. In the photo he says "Again, doesn't matter" when I told him he stole the map. Which proves that he didn't care that we held the map, did not listen when we asked him to cc, and continued to take the Manon we found. He became scared and defensive, and said he would forgive me and not report me (in fear that I would report him.) But yet, he did report us although we did not report him. We believe we deserve the ban appeal, because even though he claimed mapowner (long after we already had map), we left to find a new map. He continued to whisper us threatening to ban us, even though we already left. So we can also report abuse, but we won't. We just wish to have our bans appealed. Thank you.
I do not wish to file a report against him, as I saw it was too petty to do so (even though now I see, I should've). I let it go long ago, until we tried to log on and saw we were not able to. I just wish to continue playing, as does Mmmikey.
Ignore what I said above. Based on the 2 screenshots you provided: 1. We don't accept modified screenshots/images taken from phones. 2. Whatever you captured was whatever he had in his report as well. So nothing new in this case.
So no matter what we did, we will remain banned? We left the channel (knowing it was ours) and did not file a report (because he asked us not to.)
Were you in the Manon map at all times with map ownership tied to your IGN? Or were you waiting outside?
I was inside. Did not hit Manon yet so no ownership (because buff first.) But I was inside, and he came LATER. Mmmikey came later, and told him to cc before they got inside the Manon map. He did not, and continued to enter map. We told him to cc inside map as well, he did not.
There were mobs inside, all you needed to do was hit one of them to gain ownership for 3 minutes. So since you were in the map but ~mapowner said no map owners, then technically you don't own the map.
I did not hit anything, as I waited for Mmmikey inside the map. I wanted his buffs as well as mine before fighting. Nonetheless, we DID leave the map (even though we believed it was ours.) We technically did not killsteal, because we killed nothing. There was no killsteal involved, so the report of KSing technically does not apply here. We left to find a new Manon after several seconds of us trying to persuade him to give us the map back. So Warship's report is not fully valid. If this were to happen again in the future, we will know to avoid this situation by attacking, THEN waiting for other parties to arrive-- so thank you for that insight. Hopefully you can reconsider this ban appeal, because we feel as if it is not totally valid or justified. We have already moved on from Warship's map steal, and we only wished to move on from the situation. Unfortunately, he had not; that led us to this unnecessary circumstance. Please consider this ban appeal again. Thank you.
