AlohaMissy was caught partying with a hacker with the IGN "AlohaHS", both of which were accessed using computers in your home since they were both connected to the same network. A quick look-up tied them both of your account as well. So I have no reasons to believe that the incident didn't take place in your home.
So I had along talk with my younger brother and he finally admits to me that hes been hacking on his account AlohaHs, He asked to use my gf's acc for HolySymbol while he trained and that was all he told us, ofc my gf let him, we had company over so I did not pay attention much to him, he would walk back and fourth from my gf's computer to press her holysymbol button and I thought nothing of it, I just thought he was training himself legit. I really dont know what to do. He just started and I had no idea he knew how to hack. But you guys have banned both me and my gf account because of this. Please let me know what we can do...
That is account sharing, still carries a permanent ban. After so many appeals which have used "my younger brother" as an excuse, pardon me but I find it hard to believe your story. For now, you'd have to convince us that your "younger brother" isn't a made-up story.
He was not account sharing, my gf's computer was on and like I said, he would walk back and fourth just to press holy symbol on my gf's bs. and if you really dont believe that i have a younger brother, then by all means, I can take a picture with him tomorrow, I spoke with him on the phone but hes at work right now, will a photo prove it? if not then what will I need to do to convince you?
I take all responsibility for my brother, hes my brother and and its my fault I guess. But this was not my Gfs fault at all, she does not play much games but seems to really like mapleroyals and the community, If you need to take action, please take it on my account, not hers. I feel really bad that her account got involved....
To me it sounds more like your GF's fault than your own considering she was the one that allowed him to use her account. If any account were to be unbanned it would be yours.
I see where you are coming from but she had no idea, trust me, she hardly likes any games but seems to have so much joy in maple, more so talking to the people in the game. please reconsider and help us to figure out what to do to get unbanned.
Unfortunately, she let your brother take advantage of her account (i.e. HS, etc). So in that case, your girlfriend is liable for the same punishment as the original offender.

not knowing the rules you and your gf agreed with upon account creation is no excuse for not knowing that account sharing wasnt allowed. They will not be unbanned
