Closed Ban Appeal but not Ban Appeal

    Why do you think you got banned?: I didn't get ban
    Ban message when attempting to log in: Didn't appear anything
    What GM banned you (optional): 87Karlos ask me to appeal here because he told me that my wifi connection got banned from y'all. May I know what had happen?

    I can't reset the router, I using the Wi-Fi provided by the condominium for all residents. What happen ?

    lots of malaysian ISP provide dynamic IPs to their customers. These IPs are recycled from other customers of theirs. Some of these IPs are banned because a customer got banned on that particular IP at some point. We don't unban IPs. Upon getting a new IP assigned you should be able to play. You usually get a new IP once your internet connection restarts.
