Closed Voted NX but did not received.

    Around 3:10 p.m (GMT +8) i voted for my account dualeyjane in wifi and synxphia in data and i did not received my NX as i supposed to received. It would be great if you could refund my NX back! :)

    No. I voted my main account using the wifi but when i enter to CS i didn't get it, so i voted using my side account to make sure i was getting NX and in the end i got it. So i wish GM could help me fix this problem because i wanted to vote in my main account using wifi only.

    Are you getting any error messages while voting? Or do you get the green: 'thank you for voting' message.

    If you are getting an error message, then that is probably why you aren't getting your NX.
