Not all of the old Islanders were happy about the current Island, I mean pet food npc wasn't available back on the island, but many people demanded it but ignorant NEXON didn't respond. Many other changes people wanted and if you did gives our forever looked upon features it would be really appreciated!
The Pet Food NPC is a very minimal change - pets and NX pet food have always been available to Islanders via the Cash Shop, so all I did was make it possible for Islanders to feed their pets more cheaply. Being an Islander is about enjoying the challenge of a simple and somewhat spartan lifestyle. (IMO)
^ If you don't like being secluded, stay off Maple Island in general. I completely disagree with the idea of the gachapon. It's not GMS-like, and being an Islander in the eyes of 2008 Maplestory, means the ultimate challenge. I don't think anyone deserves special treatment on the server, islanders included.
