You are banned for your 3rd offence for inappropriate contents via smegas.

 

Ahh. I had a strong feeling this was the case. But what is deemed inappropriate and what isn't? I was expressing my anger because there still isn't any Christmas events going on. It was one of the things I was looking for during the break since I don't really have any friends in real life so this is where I can come outside of school to really be myself. This wasn't my first rodeo with inappropriate smegas, clearly. I mean, you mentioned it is my 3rd offense and I'm not gonna lie about it because you have a record + i'm an honest human being. So this time around I tried to tone it down hoping I wouldn't offend anyone. So which smega in particular got me banned?

 

The smega which you said "fuck" TimK and me.

 

I'm not going to deny that my emotions and I took our smegas too far. But I'm surely positive that you both weren't even on for both of those smegas. So how in ALL MIGHTY NAMES OF JOSEPH JESUS AND MARY ARE YOU going to be offended for something you weren't even there to witness?

And you were genuinely offended by that smega I smega'd using a smega? Be honest with me.

 

Not really. But for what it's worth, I didn't ban you. But if you ask me if the ban is worthy, I would say yea, given your past 2 offences.

 

Okay yeah, thats worth a lot. I don't hold any hatred towards you or any of them GMs, I was just venting my feelings because my weekly therapist said it's not good to bottle up emotions. But anyways, how long is this ban for?

 

Permanent since its your 3rd offence.

 

Should I be banned? Yes. I admit, I shouldn't have taken it as far as I did. But should I be perma'd? No. My 2 offenses were from some long ago. How is this justifiable?

 

Your offenses are accumulative. They don't just disappear because it happened 2 months or 2 years ago.

 

Yeah but one of those bans I received wasn't even fair and shouldn't even have counted towards my record.

 

Were those bans appealed for?

 

Only one of them was. The first ban I received I didn't ban appeal because it was only 3 days and I would've rather just waited it out then bother with dealing it . The second one I was banned 7 days for saying **** TimK, which actually I believe was an unjust ban as well. So both of them.

 

I have reviewed your past ban appeals, and it just seems to me you've not learned your lesson after 2 bans for violating the same rule. So with that, I don't see why we should consider this appeal.

 

It should be considered because a permanent ban for saying **** you, TimK, whoever is harsh. Damn, if you wanted to ban me for another 30 days, sure. It's a suitable ban for such a small offense, especially for my 3rd one.

 

Still seems harsh to me.
