Closed Cant log in

Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
Character Name:AngelZiegler
Additional Information:i can log in the account but i cant choose the char into the game

 

excuse me.....why GM reply another ppl but ignore me....

 

What other IGNs you own?

 

i have two one is AngelZiegler and the onther one IGN:Manspider

 

Both aren't banned. Try restarting your router.

 

wat is that XDD i am very suck at using computer XDDD

 

Turn off and on your router's power supply.
Or to make things wayy simpler, turn off the power from the circuit breaker.

i have already changed wifi by my cellphone. i use my cellphone shaing wifi to my laptop.

yep i still cant pick char in my laptop
but i am in my friend's home now and i can log in and pick my char into the map by his computer but my laptop cant log in any account's char
i think maybe is my laptop's problem not the wifi problem.

 

Kai ! i think not my account problem . is my laptop. i can log in but cant choose char in every account by my laptop . but i don't know why my laptop cant now.but i could pick char in 12/23 but 12/24 couldn't

 

i have changed so many place to use different wifi to change my IP. but i still cant choose the char and i have no idea.I think my pc got banned without reason.Hoping GM can help me and let me enjoy xmas activity!

 

Can you tell me a bit about your connection to these characters that are permanently banned for vote abuse: ArrowGods, BlizzardGods, ArrowHS, AngelaZigler.
One of those are your characters, so I also have to ask can you explain why both AngelaZigler, and AngelZiegler are voting on the same day?

I think you guys can see my sister(ArrowGods)named

character 's way is very not creative .You can see her all character name have about "Arrow" and "Gods". But she

created one specially name is "AngelaZigler" .Yes ,that character looks very like my main character "AngelZiegler"

but that is not my character .So I think it is normal

that You guys think that is me.(even today is me ,I am too)

I didn’t vote abused before but my sister did

that .Surprisingly ,she never told me she voted abused before,

(if she tell me in the first time, maybe I will consider to join her f3

JK,JK XD) until recently u guys banned a lot of people , my sister is one of them.

And then she finally told me the truth.

She voted abuse by my parent's cellphones ,home's wifi (maybe more but she just told me these ways).I think I am victim in this event. You guys are GM ,know my IP must same with my sister because we live together. So that's why you think I voted abused together,but sadly,i am not the accomplice i am just her chess.
You guys must think why my account voted ’s time is close with my sister, right?
I always forgot voted Nx and she will remind me .
So that is why my voted time is close with my sister.
If you guys don’t believe I can proof.

From these information , we can discover me and my sister account voted time is easy to close on the same day
(These information got my by sister there after she told me the truth)
I think all these already enough to proof myself.

hated.But if i got banned for my sister's stupid behavior and i cant play anymore .I wont agree that .

 

And i have one question , all people are doubted for voting abused and then they all got banned account or deleted account . why only me got banned by pc.
and today if u think i voted abused why just banned my account and let me know i am doubted for voting abused.
That watsed my a lot of time for waitting.and i post article befroe some people post that.But why GM solve them faster not me .I feel be ignored like air ,that is a little disrepectful to me.
You banned IGN AngelaZigler in12/23 but you didnt ban IGN:AngelZiegelr.
If today you think all two char are mine.You would ban all ,but you didn't do that.Why?
Can you explain why you did that but think AngelaZigler and AngelZiegler all belong to me?

 

You are not on the voting whitelist, there is vote abuse coming from your connection, you share account details with AngelaZigler, and AngelZiegler.
It's quite clear that you are either vote abusing or account sharing, and one of you created both of those accounts.

 

I think the definition of account sharing is that account's password is knew by more than one person and used together whenever they want to do.
That char "AngelaZigler'' is created by my email,information etc.. but that last one :"password" is not.
even i helped her create that account,you guys still can't assume i did "account sharing''
Why?
1.I helped her created that account by my information is truth.
2.I dont know that account 's password.How it can be called ''Account Sharing''?even i can't log in .
3.Even details are same,you still can't judge that account is owned by me.Everyone creates this game's account must enter the detail,but it doesn't mean that all informations are correct.
That is why not all Internet friends are truth.However,creating account and then logging in an account which is created by fake information is not breaking rules.
So i think you told me have vote abusing or account sharing is not legit.
If today I go to my friend's home and play MapleRoyals by his computer.It means my account must have connection with his computer.
So is that meaning I have sharing account with my friend?I think No
Although today my friend's computer has a connection with my account .He still doesnt know my account's password.
So it can't be called ''account sharing''.

 

Even though banning for false information isn't something we usually do, you can easily see that giving false information is against the rules, if you take a moment to read them.
You share account details with the vote abusing accounts, played from the same computer as you, that also happen to log into the game a minute after you. That is more than enough evidence to keep you banned.
Blaming everything on your sister is not going to work.

Your ban appeal has been denied.
