ID already logged in

My screen went black upon entering Cash Shop and froze like that. I chose to restart my client but my account hasn't logged itself out. I checked on an alt and my character is still in the Cash Shop. Is it possible for a GM to log me out or am I out of luck here and just have to wait an unspecified amount of time? I'm missing out on the event in the meantime. =/

For now, no. Since we just had one yesterday. Probably in a few days time as the admins are currently all taking a short break for Christmas.

 

That's unfortunate, what with the event happening and all.
