You were initially banned 3 days for disruption by broadcasting a smega to trick people into entering a broken channel.
However, in recent events, you claimed on the forum shoutbox that your sister was using your account and broadcasted that particular smega. As I have been watching your movements for at least 10 minutes, you were farming area bosses for NX when the smega incident occurred. So, it is conclusive to me that you sister was using your account during the time of the incident.

Alright, after talking to a few other members, I've come to the realization that my appeal wasn't entirely done in a mature manner and there are some misunderstandings. To begin with, I fully acknowledge that I've caused disruption to the community with my smegas and will take blame and punishment for it. As for the sister playing on my account part, it was a joke made between I and a few other members. One person said "his brother took his account" to reference the common excuse people use when they get banned and I replied that my sister smega'd those words. It was completely meant as an inside joke, although I've realized how it could backfire after learning that people get banned for saying those kind of things. Furthermore, I thought GM Kai was joking when he said that he concluded my sister was using my account, so I continued the joke. I would like to expend an apology for not being as serious as I should in my ban appeal and admit that in retrospect, I should've been more mature when dealing with punishment. I assure you this kind of behavior will never happen again and my presence in the server would be nothing but beneficial to the community.

It's been 3 days since my ban, and now the login message has changed to "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection." Can I get an update please?

We don't take acccount sharing claims, or infact any forms of claim to have broken the server rules lightly. For claiming that it was your sister, I updated your ban to permanent.

 

Let me start off by saying that I formally request another admin look into my case.


2 Questions: First of all, I was replying to another person saying that it was my brother using my account referring to a common excuse people use when they're banned. I replied that it was my sister instead. If anyone was to take my statement out of context then yes, its account sharing. However, I believe in the situation and from the way I typed it, it is in no way whatsoever a "believable claim".

Secondly, the rules state that:

Account Sharing - The act of sharing the use your account, sharing account information with any other individual, or the act of logging into or otherwise using an account owned by another person, with or without permission, regardless of whether or not the information was directly or indirectly shared. Punishment: First offense - 30 day ban, Second offense - Permanent ban.

10. Account Sharing - This rule was altered in October of 2014 to respond to the growing number of people abusing the ability to share accounts for a variety of purposes that we deemed unacceptable. Eight scenarios for which account sharing will be considered an immediate permanent ban are the following:

1. Using power-levelling services;
2. Two or more people taking turns in levelling up a character (ie: training);
3. Logging onto someone else's character in order to leech your own;
   
4. Removing items from or deleting someone else's character;
5. Giving an account with a high-levelled character on it to someone else;
6. Committing a bannable offence (other than just account sharing) on someone else's account;
7. Wasting staff time by lying about the account sharing;
8. Sharing your account details with multiple people.

Suppose my sister did smega on my account. I was farming NX, she came besides me, wrote my smega to have a bit of fun and left right after, and I resumed farming NX. I believe that warrants a 30 day ban and not permanent because it is my first offense and she did not use my account other than typing on my computer the words for the smega.
