Reading the Christmas event I had an issue with Mom & Dad and O-Pongo (Note: Orb of Versalmas Cheer is untradeable and rare! If you don't receive one within 15 times of helping Mom & Dad, an Orb will be automatically awarded to your character one time only.) In regards to Horntail being back! There is an issue with attack pots. Currently there is no steady source of high attack pots like onyx apples do to apq being broken. So the next alternative is Gelt Chocolates. But the problem is Orb of Versalmas Cheer is really rare and only guaranteed once after 15 turn in roughly translates into 4 days if one turns in pig ingredients into Mom and Dad every six hours. Also the first turn in of the items guarantees 15 Gelt Chocolates and 5 Chocolates thereafter. Yes there is the option to trade in 2 Banana Cream Pies for 1 Chocolate and Gelt Chocolate being received from Snowman, but this is not enough. What I suggest is to keep the current trading for Mom and Dad materials to O-Pongo but guarantee Orb of Verslmas Cheer to be awarded every 10 times of helping Mom &Dad. Or Keep the Orb of Versalmas Cheer to be guaranteed after 15 times of helping Mom & Dad, but do not make it a one time only deal. And increase the number of Gelt Chocolates O-Pongo offers after the first turn time exchange from 5 Chocolates to 10. (Note: Orb of Versalmas Cheer is untradeable and rare! If you don't receive one within 15 times of helping Mom & Dad, an Orb will be automatically awarded to your character one time only.)
but you can also get gelts from snowman. Also apples and gelts aren't the only attack pots, heart stoppers thought not as good is cheaper than apples ever were and easier to get.
I agree you can use stoppers for HT but once HT is run more frequently by more parties then there will be a shortage of stoppers till apq is rereleased
Got versalmas cheer 3 times in a row on the same character, and once on another. Its a pretty decent rate of getting it. Only problem I have is with snow silk.
Noob question, once we have the 4 items (including orb) we can trade for either nose or cape? Do we get to choose or is it random?
I got 4 orbs in a row. stretchy stuff is rare for me. btw can we actually scroll the nose with the nose att scrolls or are those only for the torrs nose?
is it weird that i can get 4 orbs on a mule n only 1 on my main? i've been getting too many orbs on that mule n its getting a bit annoying
It'd be great to be able to trade Gelts. Would move around the market, and make people work more for them for profit.
