Why do you think you got banned?: I don't know
Ban message when attempting to log in:
At character select the game freezes and shows a message "MapleRoyals has stopped working". The game forces close after that.
(some forum searching lead me to the possibility of a MAC ban)

    Thank you for your reply!

Yes, I have updated my game files. I completely uninstalled Royals and reinstalled. To this end, efforts to successfully select my character have not worked.

Any additional help is immensely appreciated!

the mac address you last used to log in isnt banned. do you have any unused network adapters / third party software active that add mac addresses?

Before today, I was not even aware of MAC addresses. I do not use any 3rd party softwares that would do that. I’m not sure about unused network adapters (does it help to know I am on a laptop?)

Edit: I reset my network adapters in network settings (which also restarts computer) and I can log in Successfully. Thank you for your help and have a nice day! :)
