Why do you think you got banned? It says I got banned when I tried logging in just now BUT I KNOW there should be no reason I got banned. I know I didn't do anything wrong. F4.... ):

Ban message when attempting to log in: "Your account has been blocked for hacking or illegal use of third party programs. The ID has been permanently blocked. So you wont be able to use this account."

What GM banned you (optional): I have no idea who banned me, and I have no idea why they would. I logged off last night ON MY OWN and I tried logging on after I finished running errands and this happened.

Here's how I feel (I'd be grateful if you would kindly take my words in)
...I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I have no idea (F6) what I could have done wrong. Banned for hacking or illegal use of third party programs? I have never hacked in my life nor would I know where to find hacks. I'm the type of chick who is even afraid to download music (F7). If you could please, log in my account and ask my buddies how slow I level and how many times they have to yell at me to train. I spend more time talking and giving my messos away to newly made maple royalers than I ever do training.
I am so sad right now. Getting to level 80 was difficult..All that time I consumed.., F4. All I wanted to do was get myself to level 100 before Fall Semester of 2014 starts. ):

I'd be super grateful (f2) and thankful (f2) if you could please unban my account. I don't think I should be punished for something I did not do (f4).

The account is tied to both your IP and Mac addresses. Do you have anyone else that plays in your house and on the same computer?

 

I spent the night at my friends dorm last night. I played maple using one of the computers at the universities library. Is it possible if I were banned due to another mapler banned under the same IP address?

I real'y don't understand how I could be banned... This just doesnt make any sense to me.

We have good reason to believe that you, iMinh and iCuong are all the same person. You will remain banned for hacking.

 

This is absolutely ridiculous.
iCuong is my cousin, iMinh is my brother, and I am me. I can prove that we are all different people. I am willing to show you proof of ID that we are all different people. I can skype you RIGHT NOW and prove we are all in the same room [ID proof too].
We have an entire family/friend group of "i's" It is absolutely unfair to assume that we are all one person just because of similar in game names? That is foolish.
Maple Royal has become our family-fun, gaming time before our Fall semester starts. It was our way of spending time together before we become too busy to even see each other until Winter Break. And unfortunately it has come to this is it is really hard to accept.
Isn't there a way you can check our history? Our log on history? SOMETHING?
This is so unfair. I really do not understand .

If I were at fault, I would remain quiet right now. I am appauled. I just can't believe this....

Okay, now you are making up stuff? The last time I logged on was February? I started playing on maple royals about 2-3 weeks ago.

The last time I was logged on was LAST NIGHT, before I went to bed.
Please, feel free to unban my account and log onto it yourself and ask my guild AND my buddy list when the last time theyve heard from me was.

 

No, I'm not making up stuff. This was what an admin found in the database. I will, however, ask them to recheck it.

The fact remains, however, that someone in your household hacked.

Someone in my household hacked? I was told earlier by Rob my account has been tied to account with the same IP address or something like that. As I stated clearly earlier, I was wondering if it was possible to have been banned as someone under the same IP address? I can not think of any other way. I didn't play at home. I played at the library... I do not hack. I do not harrass people.. I have not broken any rules. You can ask anybody..... ANYBODY... ANYBODDDDDY IM TELLING YOU T.T THIS JUST DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME. This is all false accusation...

I'm also confused.... I do not know why your database is saying the last time I logged in was February.. That statement/information given was also another false accusation...
I have no reason to be banned. I have no reason to be punished for something I DID NOT DO. Does that make any sense at all? Paying 'my time' when I am innocent..

We do not live in the same household....Well, my cousin (icuong) does not and earlier I have stated that I played in a public area with an open yesterday before I slept over our friends place.... That was the LAST time I signed off. I logged on today at my cousins house (where I am now) after I came back from grocery shopping for tonight and my dentist appointment.
I know for a fact my cousin and brother do not hack. We're always together. It's either eat, league, maple, go to the gym, or we will split of and chill with our OWN friends. Plus, I know for a fact they don't hack because I am on more than they are.. I'm the one who always tries to make them play as much as I do...
Trust me, if they did they would've gotten it big time. I mean BIG TIME. And if they did hack, I would have known right from the start.


this just makes no sense to me.
I wont be able to stop responding because I just can't let this situation go. I refuse to accept any of this nonsense. I am not a happy mapler.

and then send you my IP and MAC address?


I don't know how to find these things but if this would help any of us in any way, can you please explain how i can find these things?

I am terrible with this kind of stuff..

Please.. I want to fix this is any way possible. I do not deserve this.
