Why do you think you got banned: Only thing i can think of is i voted while i was on holiday in Paris from 24th to 27th of Dec. and just now i voted back in my homecountry.
Ban message: This is an id that has been deleted or blocked from connection.
    What GM banned you: None

The above mentioned reason is the only one i can think of ^, this was not in any way vote abuse, i was simply on holiday in Paris, France. (using hotel wifi to vote)

EDIT: To save you time, and now that i think of it this might be the reason aswell: i've been using a VPN (AVG Secure VPN) since early 2015 because it's actually more stable than my own internet.

    Sorry, what??
How am i ban evading when i've never been banned. All i've ever had was a self-requested 6month ban.

You have an identical mac adress and near identical ip to someone who was permanently banned

Okay, so now i can understand the reasoning behind it then, thanks for the quick reply.
However i have had multiple static IP's from AVG Secure VPN over the past couple of years now, which i paid for. (AVG Antivirus Free is my antivirus provider).
Including my current IP (don't even know where to find my MAC Adress?)
So i'm sure this is a mistake, as i am not the one who has done anything.
Looking forward to your reply, thankyou.

Using a vpn wouldn't cause you to have the same mac address.

No idea how that would work, ive just used this VPN and Antivirus for years since it's the only one i trust.
After some googling i saw among other things a post about mac 'spoofing'? Meaning it's possible to use any mac adress a person desires, so is it possible someone used my mac adress, or mine has been changed?
I don't know how to check this other than the regular CMD and then ipconfig.
I'm aware using VPN goes bad with royals from time to time but since ive been using it for years without any difficulty, i trust(ed) it and didn't expect this to happen.
I've already changed internet providers once earlier this year (from Tele2 to Ziggo, dutch companies.)
Did not do much for my internet stability and the TV that came with it isnt even functioning properly so basically i'm paying for nothing lol.
Is there something i can do / you can tell me, to alleviate the current issue?

Someone else having spoofed their mac address to be exactly the same as yours is highly unlikely, not to mention that you also have near identical IPs, leading us to believe you are the same person. In addition to that, your account has suspiciously good gear for a lv157 hero that is just a few months old, similar to how the initially banned player had suspiciously good gear after just a couple months.

This whole story is unlikely imo, i can do my own googling and thinking and trying to help figure out how this is even possible, but other than letting u know that i've been using this exact VPN since early 2015, had multiple static ip's assigned over those years including the one i have now, recently bought a new pc and upgraded my old one, and i'm a worldwide traveller, voting and playing in different countries such as France being the most recent to date, and voting/playing @ my work and family's house, i don't know what else to tell you since i don't know how this happened.
My Hero is not a few months old but a few years, had it in old source aswell, i've had good gear for the longest time, this is not at all my first character, that was Dagravit (formerly Synergy&Unity), and i have had multiple others.
And the last/best? ingame transaction i have done gear-wise is selling my 18attack pink gaia cape to my guildmember @Stingy of which i used the funds to upgrade to the gear i have now.

Your hero account/character appears to have been created in july 2017. If this is somehow wrong then feel free to post any evidence to prove your character is older. I can see you have mentioned dagravit previously on your forum account, but that character appears to be deleted. Regardless of that, we are confident in that you are evading a permanent ban, and unless you provide us with an explanation as to why you have a similar ip and identical mac address to a permanently banned player, you will remain permanently banned.

i don't have any evidence of my character's age since i don't take screenshots of my creation/deletion/whatever dates, Dagravit is indeed deleted which was done around the same time as my requested self-ban.
How can i provide you with an explanation of such a thing when i have 0 knowledge about how that stuff works, up until today i thought a mac address meant u had an apple computer and i've had windows since birth, i've been using AVG Secure VPN for years as stated before, now im just repeating myself, all i can do is google: "Mac Address", and that isnt helping me at all..
And if i can be honest this feels completely unjust, i get why u would ban me on suspicion of this! i cannot agree more that this all sounds super-weird, so believe me when i say that i feel the same way u do, but then if neither of us has an explanation for how it's possible, how can we ever move forward?
How am i to provide an explanation for something that i have 0 knowledge about, can u even explain this urself? ?
If neither of us can explain this then am i not banned on unfounded suspicion?

How can i appeal such a thing :S

The only explanation here is that you are playing from the same computer as the banned player, and from what appears to be the same connection, which makes makes us believe that you are indeed the same person as the one we previously banned.

So basically: u ban me, u cannot explain what happened, u tell me i have to figure it out myself and will remain banned if i cannot do so???
How is that in any way fair..

ur computing knowledge is probably 10 times what mine is, ur telling me to provide evidence about how something happened that i have 0 knowledge about and is way out of my skillset, and i'm left to figure it out??

I have explained what happened. You got banned earlier for suspicious activity, and now you are playing with a new account and IP. The fact is you are playing from the same computer and what appears to be the same internet connection as a permanently banned player, and since you have provided no explanation at all as to how you could possibly share computer and connection with a permanently banned player, we are left to assume you are the same person, meaning you are ban evading for which you have been banned. Appeal denied.

U ban me, u give me ur reasoning behind it, i tell u anything and everything i can to prove my innocence, we come to a crossroads where there is no clear left or right (mac address???), and u abandon me at said crossroads, leaving me banned while u continue on with ur day, and telling me i'm supposed to magically conjure evidence that will get me off of the crossroad???

How am i to explain how mac addresses work when stuff like that is completely out of my league, and if u cannot explain it to me then whytf am i banned, are u not banning me on unfounded claims, suspicions, and beliefs then?
    this is so unfair..

u ASSUME, meaning u have 0 foundation yet u ban me anyway, and leave me to figure it out on my own?
    Wow..

First of all thankyou @Matt for unlocking the unresolved thread, which was closed without warning, based on Matt's suggestion, could any and all Admins please look into this case? i am left to figure out/prove how mac addresses work yet i have 0 knowledge of such things, i cannot be banned based on assumptions and beliefs, please.. such a thing is not fair whatsoever.
All i can think of is my VPN got me banned and i'm left to explain how such a thing occurs. :(

Okay so if this doesn't solve it then i don't know what will:

First of all thankyou so much to @SunnyBoi for helping me figure this out and write the best possible explanation:

I am not the first owner of this PC, which is apparently very important, it was bought on Marktplaats.nl ( a dutch version of Ebay)
I bought the pc in Amsterdam for 5000$ on November 8th of this year, called the person selling it and went over to his house to look at
& possibly buy the pc which i ended up doing, took it back home did a clean win7 Ultimate edition 64bit installation and installed all my programs including mapleroyals.
I also have a laptop which i have used from time to time to play royals on (mainly when im on holiday since i cannot fit a pc into my suitcase).

I have the actual ATM receipt LUCKILY, dated 08-11-2017 which is when i went over to purchase this pc. (sent to GM Martin in PM)
Also enclosed screenshots of my Discord conversation with @SunnyBoi who was enormously kind in helping me figure out how my MAC Address could possibly be connected to this mess.

So if i am to believe this, this is what happened, i am NOT the first owner of this PC, i have no indepth knowledge of this kind of stuff but apparently a MAC Address is connected to ur PC and not ur own network connection / ip address / whatever.
So this PC was blocked from connection to Royals, i ended up buying it and now i am being banned for it. (yay me)
Don't know what else i can provide since the transaction was done by me calling the seller directly, i paid in cash, and the advert of the pc has since been removed.
But please look into this as the possibility since i don't know what else could possibly be the case.

All of this, including the facts ive mentioned before, such as using the AVG Secure VPN for the past years, i don't know what else i can do or say, if there is any more info required please let me know.
Thank you @Martin for ur patience, thank you @Matt for re-opening the (prematurely) locked thread, thank you @Yanir for ur thinking and reasoning with me, and most of all thank you @SunnyBoi for helping me piece this mess together.
