Hello... A few days ago I installed Maple Royals and I played it perfectly fine. I turned off my computer, and there is when it started: On the next day, I turned on my computer and, to my surprise, Maple Royals launcher shortcut had disappeared from my desktop (and from Maple Royals folder, too!). I know AVG Antivirus always labels this client as a virus, so I added the client as an exception. I even reinstalled it with my antivirus off, and it did not work! I keep getting this message shown in the picture I uploaded. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client (I have redownloaded the client a few times now) with my antivirus turned off, but it won't help. A friend of mine suggested me to download the file "MapleRoyalsNoWindowedMode", but no luck. Am i doing anything wrong? How can i get this fixed? I want to play! Thanks for your help!
Windows Defender can do the same thing as AVG if it is enabled. Try whitelisting the installation directory and .exe file in Defender as well and see if that helps: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...dd-an-exclusion-to-windows-defender-antivirus
Hi! I looked up for Windows Defender, and it says it is turned off. I went to Windows Firewall instead and listed MapleRoyalsSetup.exe as an exception, but it did not work. I keep getting the same message :/
