Can't manage to play the game - getting dced every 5 minutes.

I don't really know when did it start to happen. I came from a long break like a month ago and since then I can't really play the game without getting dced with this error every 5 minutes:

Re-installed the game like 5 times (with my anti-virus disabled).

 

Bump: The error code switched to 2147024809
