IGN:SanPan I can't log in to the game. It always show me error code Last thing I did in game is use Lv.13 Red sky ski (from event PQ) at FM，then game shutdown. Reinstall still same
That error code means that your MapleRoyals files are outdated. Try to uninstall MapleRoyals by going to the Control Panel and doing the following: 1) Go to Programs and Features. 2) Find MapleRoyals and click it to select it, and then click Uninstall. Now go back to the main site and install the new client, and you should be ok.
If you play any other private servers make sure that your MapleRoyals client and files are in their correct folder. Also wanna add that if you see a "(1)" in any of the file names you have duplicates and the uninstall probably wasn't done properly Edit: might have to do with a bugged item on the character since he can log onto other accounts
When are you dcing and what exactly happens? The character SanPane does not have a Red Ski equipped, are you giving accurate details?

Oh thats my other character in same account Ign SanPan use Red ski at FM，then game shutdown. I can't log in after it, it always show me error code when I chose any CC error code : -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002) ( I can log in with my other account )
Sorry for the delay. I have found the problem, and it's caused by your Chinese Lion Headgear NX hat, I removed the item and refunded you 3500 NX. You will not be able to use it before the next patch which will solve this problem.
