Closed voted, no nx... again uu

    Problem: (Eg: Voted but didn't get NX)
    Details: there are problems between the cd for royals and gtop. This has happened before if you check other threads posted by me for the same issue. To add, I am the only one playing royals and it’s my own private internet connection so no way others have voted using my ip.

    I would like to request a refund of nx if possible, thx :)

    Doing a follow up, i voted hrs later and it was succesful. Altho I'd appreciate if staff can take a look at what happened with the cds as this is not the first time this "bug" happens to me

    Doing a follow up on this thread. The problem is presented whenever I use my phone to vote and it is only when doing so. If I swap from mobile to laptop, the vote goes just fine. Any idea what might be going on?

    I've got the same problem. If you trace my ip 1-2 days ago, it'll show that i was in another country. I was also using a portable router. I was able to vote for ~2-3 days before the gtop100 website indicated a vote was registered without my knowledge. Now that i am back home using my own wifi, the website still indicates a vote was registered. Any possible solutions?

    We have no reported errors with our new voting system, and issues with Gtop is not something we handle. If you continue running into this problem feel free to post updates, and if there is a need we will ask Gtop to investigate.
    You can't receive a refund for not having voted.

    Weird as Tim gave me a refund for the same reason. I guess it was worth waiting 5 months lmao. And yes, the issue persists. Persisted the last 3 days

    ive had this issue with my phone as well, from time to time it will say i have already voted even tho it didnt go through, and like an hour later ill get on my laptop and vote and it works fine
