I have just viewed the voting rules given in the voting page and we would like to apologize for violating one of the given rules: We (same household siblings) are voting from different places.

However, only zJOHNCENA, Jholow and Iclyn belong to us (one household) whereas zPolaBear belongs to our cousin (other household). The character 21434134 doesnt belong to either party stated.

The fact is that we have not actually noticed that we have been violating the rules until just now. We apologize for being too oblivious to the given rules because we were only too excited about getting the nx. We have been a royal royaller and we doesn't want our journey to end here. There is much more we want to explore from MapleRoyals. Therefore, we are making this appeal with the hope of the unbanning and reopen of our accounts and we will no matter what stick to the rules given from now on. With reference to the "Vote Abuse" found in game terms and conditions, am I supposed to receive the punishment for first offense instead of permanent ban?

May i knw the result of the appeal?

 

Please enlighten me on the amount that can earn me a perm ban. And if that is the case, why didn't I get the punishment of 14 days ban before the "minor abuse" become "major abuse"? It is unfair to me as it is truly accidental, I have been unaware of the rules until I got banned. I would like to highlight that I should have got caught and got the 14 days ban punishment when the abuse was still minor, instead of getting a perm ban straightaway and being defined as "not accidental". The punishment of perm ban is simply unfair, because this is only just the first time where I ever got to learn the rules, where my actions were truly accidental.

 

We didn't know the rules because our youngest brother created those accounts for us, so we didn't even get a chance to know the existence of the rules. He couldn't really understand most of the english during that time, so that is what caused us to bypass the rules accidentally. We would definitely not have done so if only we had the chance to know the rules (we committed most of our free time into this and we certainly won't and can't afford risk our accounts our hardwork after years by abusing the rules). Can we be excused in this case where we have been so innocent from the start? It is our fault so we are willing to accept the punishment of confiscation of all the nx obtained from abusing to get back our accounts.
