The 20 sec cooldown was from data I got from the main HT heads, not sure about the preheads but can get back to you on that. Regarding random seduce on the prehead we've fixed a bug regarding the sign up warping the party in - it shouldn't, and instead you should enter one by one. Should be added for the next SC/update.
I hope a solution is found for the suffering melee classes. Range only HT doesn't feel nostalgic at all .
I feel tired and frustrated to see people R>NLs all day everyday for Horntail (I understand people want to have a fast and efficient run but how is that fun when you are running with the same classes every run?); what about other classes? Alot of other classes are being neglected from Horntail because people think they are not suited or efficient to do so. As a result, people just forms the "ideal party" of 4 night lords, 1 BM/MM, 1 bishop + sed (usually hero) mule as mentioned before. In addition, NLs take most portion of exp in Horntail in comparison to other classes which I think it is unreasonable. I do not know what we can do to change this but to make Horntail more challenging and somehow include different classes to work together. Overall, I hope that every class can participate in any boss runs equally but this is just the optimistic me. *feel free to disagree with me. To add to this, I feel like even if the other minority classes are accepted, they would usually be sed mules because people think they are inefficient. Some example of these classses are Buccaneer (my favourite), Shadowers and Paladins. To conclude, being sed mules is horrible and you feel like you are not of any worth.
Reasons not to recruit a Sair in HT pt: 1/ They break their ship easy (at least 2-3 times during main body) 2/ They have no pt buff 3/ They low HP due to the ship 4/ Unless they have very high damage range(7k+) 5/ Unless they have very close friends and a fixed pt willing to go with him/her
I have both a NL (13k HP) and a Hero (29k HP). I almost always run Night Lord for HT these days for multiple reasons despite enjoying playing Hero in HT. 1.) 15 minute apples/gelts 2.) Lack of boss hp which causes several problems 2.a) It's a pain in the ass trying to determine what health each body part is for HS if you have a warrior multi hitting and screwing up the conventional "HP marks". Also causes arms to reach dangerous hp thresholds 2.b) Being sed as Hero now without powerguard reducing magic damage is dangerous unless your bishop is pro. 3.c) Without a dedicated sed target, my SI is most likely sed and juggling into main pt and a party with it and bishop can get it killed which is annoying & tedious. The biggest problem is 2.a) imo. If a warrior damages wings/arms, then the ranged lose DPS because they won't have a safe target to hit while heads weapon cancel.
