Don't know why this thread is still ongoing. You should have applied to the voting whitelist before voting on multiple accounts from the same household. You didn't and therefore have been banned for vote abusing. It has been stated on the page every time that you go to vote that this is not allowed, and that you should have applied to the whitelist beforehand. Therefore, saying that you were not aware of this rule, is unfortunately not a valid excuse.
