Just installed the client again after playing ages ago and I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to have a MapleRoyals.exe or something to that effect, but all I have are Patcher, Setup, and ASPLnchr. Is there a separate download I missed, or should I just reinstall?

Disable your antivirus and reinstall. Also make sure to set the folder Royals gets installed to on the exceptions list.

That solution didn't work for my friend. He's having the same problem and has re-installed various times/ put in antivirus. Any suggestions/solutions?

Yeah he did. So we found a solution: one of my other friends Mike just dropboxed him the MapleRoyals.exe file and he downloaded it into the folder (while also disabling his antivirus). That worked out well for him!

I just don't know why the setup would go all the way through (with antivirus disabled and royals folder in exception), but not end up with the actual .exe file. :o
