IGN: LuklessSin Problem: Unable to log on to character Details: I started on this server months back and had 3 characters, 1 of them being a thief I named "LuklessSin". I believe i logged off on this character in an event area, specifically the anniversary map with the cake boss. Whenever i try to launch this character my game will crash, and I have tested to see if my other characters are working, which they are. I'm really not sure what to do about this so I'm hoping to get some feedback here since this character had all my mesos (can't remember the amount although I'm sure I had at least a few million) and various other items of value.
Have you updated your files with the Christmas patch? If yes, please post a screenshot of your mapleroyals folder, and include file size + last edited date.
I did update before attempting to play, then after encountering the issues with my character attempted to reinstall the game. All of this was on January 6th, 2018. The folder is 2.3 gb large, 2,367,486 kb large if you need a specific amount.
Your files are very outdated, if you downloaded the setup from the Download page you likely used the old one. In any ways, please download and install the latest setup: https://royals.ms/?page=download
Alright now i feel so stupid lol, turns out I was using an old downloader so using the new one to reinstall fixed the issue immediately, thanks for helping me out and sorry for wasting your time
