Okay thank you, this means your avatar look cache still needs to be updated, I don't think this is possible without a server check unfortunately.
After admin removed my lion hat, the SC already 2-3 times. I just guess if lion hat is problem what about my lion suit? Because I use them at same time.
The problem was the Lion Headgear, however we also forgot to update the "cached avatar", which is the image of your character at the character selection screen. We believe once this is fixed then you should be able to log in again fine.
Can you please try now? You may see a different character avatar when logging in, however if you change equips and relog this should fix it. Let me know if it is fixed please.
