    But I only vote with my character once a day. And i’ve use vpn since I can’t login royal in the dormitory.Is that the reason make me being banned by vote abuse? Can you check that again? Thanks

    It's not because of you using a VPN, it's because of your vote abuse on these characters: LitRookie, MLCbest, Collimator.

    Collimator is my mule but MLCbest belongs to my brother. And that mule was voted by my friends. Before I read the forum rules idk it involved in permanently ban issue. I'm sorry for that and can I get a shorter time banned instead of permanently banned? I'll never do that again. Thanks

    It's not very believable to say it's your brother when your login times are very close to each other, while you are playing from the same computer. Also quite interesting why your brother has stayed at level 56 for the last 4-5 months but is still voting.
    That doesn't matter much though, considering you have abused voting more than enough on the 2 accounts you do claim are yours.

    Because of your heavy longterm abuse starting in October and have been going on until yesterday, you will remain permanently banned.

    Because we stay in the same dormitory, he'll borrow my computer to play royal and actually idk what he did with his char in his account. Although the result won't change, still thanks for your help Andreas
