Anyone have any suggestions for a program to make quick animated gifts? I'm going to make a guide and also some big reports using this program.

    Thanks in advance.

Gyazo has a gif option built in- though it's limited to a certain amount of seconds. it's a screen capture program so you just click it on your taskbar when you want to take a gif of something, select the area you want to capture, and it does the rest for you (including uploading).

^ Gyazo is the best tool for gifs.

You should look into Puush as well. It's pretty useful on the fly tool, but has no gif support.

    I use "Easy GIF Animator".

It's really simple, take the pictures you want in order. Then adjust the time of it.

If you want a really simple, three picture GIF Maker, than I would use "Picasion".

Hehe that's pretty much the exact thing I do in photoshop.
