Closed Ban Appeal (please do not close)

Hi I didn't want to create another ban appeal but I have no other choice but to do so because my previous thread was locked before I was given a chance to reply and explain my situation.

First of all I'm really innocent and I think it's all a mistake because I've never used any hack of any kind. But I wish to explain that I do uses VPN(Panda acceleratorr)software to prevent Lag/Dc in Horntail. I suspect that could be why I've might have been mistaken with a hacker's account.

I wish to state that I've trained all my characters manually and have never used any hack before. If you need I can provide you with all my accounts detail and you could check on the character's Exp/Level Logs (if there's one) and you will know, someone who uses hack wouldn't train as slow as me.

 

Hi Tim, I wish to explain that I was not aware before and was only recently told by my friend that using public(free) VPN for mapleroyals would risk my accounts to be caught up with hacker's account and resulted in me getting banned. If that's the case I am willing start using paid VPN services from now to prevent the same situation from happening again.

What was the free VPN you were using? And do you have evidence to back up your claim where you said your friend told you that using free VPN may risk your account being banned?

The VPN Software I used was 熊猫加速器 (Panda Accelerator) and yes, I do have screenshots of the conversation of my friend telling me using free VPN services could be the reason why I was mistakenly banned.
I have sent the screenshots of our conversation, along with the the links to the software's offcial website details to Tim through private message (You disabled your's).

Are you using a paid version of that VPN? Do you know of any other better VPN you can use?

 

Hi Kai,

To answer your first question, Panda Accelerator provides a free trial of 24 hours to any newly registered account and I was using the their free trial version repeatedly by registering a new account whenever the free trial expired.

To answer your second question, after what happened I'm a little afraid of using any VPN services and as of now, I am not researched enough to know which VPN is trusted and are recommended to use for Mapleroyals. If there's a VPN service that is recommended and approved by the staff I would gladly take on it.

Do look for a new and better VPN. Refrain from free ones for reasons I believe you know already.

I will reframe from using the free ones from now on.
I am currently trying to contact a few well-known private China VPN provider to find out which of them is best suitable for me to purchase. Before that I'll just stop using any VPN for the game.
